The work week is over and time to start the weekend. While the work week is busy, the GRIND INCLUDES FRIDAY! Friday is the last day of the work week and we should still be motivated for our workouts! Start the day or end the day with a good workout to keep yourself motivated for the weekend. An attitude of wellness and health on Friday can help you stay away from Saturday cheat days.
